Are you up for the MotivateU June challenge?
Show off your balance skills with the instructions below:

• Sign in to your MotivateU account or sign up for an account at https://motivateu.live/consumer-signup
• Select 'Challenge' on the left-side navigation bar
• Select the June Challenge: Chair Pose on Toes
• Press Record in the upper right corner of the video window (if you want the option to save or share the video)
• Press play on the video, get in front of your camera, and mimic the movements
• Complete the Challenge

• Select ‘Share on Twitter’ if you have a Twitter account to share and challenge your followers. Tag us when you share on Twitter @MotivateUTech for 100 rewards points!​

More ways to make the most of your challenge:

• Find your overall score under 'Workout Results' on the left-side menu
• Challenge yourself by creating a goal based on Synchronization, Exercise Time, or Number of Workouts (all of which will automatically update when completing platform live classes or on-demand videos) or continue the challenge with your friends by connecting and cheering each other on through the leaderboards!
