Is the reporting that’s available to me as a gym owner, also available for my clients as well?
The platform contains different levels of insights. Trainees have access to their own personal dashboard as well as the option to share his/her progress with others in the class, gym, or broader community. Trainers have access to additional levels of insights across their classes and workouts. Gym owners and administrators have access to insights at the trainee level, and also between and across trainers, classes, workouts, locations, etc.
How many steps to launch a class?
When the fitness instructor or trainer chooses the default setting the class can be launched with one click after scheduling the date and time. Repeat classes will automatically be added to the trainer’s schedule. If the trainer decides to adjust the settings prior to the class, the trainer can do so with a series no more than 3 steps.
How can I help my clients get the most accurate performance score?
Make sure to have your entire body in view of your camera for live classes, and your entire body on screen for On-Demand recordings. Also, for On-Demand videos it's ideal to have the camera located as close as possible while still having your entire body within view, for the camera to be level with the center of your body, and for videos to be taken horizontally when there is a lot of movement.
Am I going to upload videos of me doing the exercises or I will talk with my clients via camera call and tell them what to do?
You can offer either on-demand, live fitness classes, or both. Our patent-pending motion tracking is integrated with both options, through Motivate's virtual community fitness management platform including our two way live streaming video, our video storage etc., scheduling, payment services, and more! From your perspective everything will be as easy, or easier, than if you were using Zoom, Vimeo, Calendly, etc. but you will no longer have to worry about paying extra for those additional services.

If you meet MotivateU's criteria then you have the option to gain more clients through our community fitness management marketplace. The MotivateU platform features a "Connect to Trainer” section. We also promote featured trainers through posts on our social media channels and we are happy to co-host shared events, such as Twitter spaces, IG Live, etc. to allow potential clients a chance to get to meet and learn about the studio owners and trainers. As for the platform itself, you can easily offer a variety of options that help with scale, for example: anything from one-to-one, to small group private, to large classes up to 100 clients, to on-demand, all which include our integrated patent-pending motion tracking and continuous realtime performance scores.
