MotivateU July 4th fitness challenge

Are you up for the July challenge?
It's time to show off your flexibility skills!

1. Sign in to your MotivateU account or sign up
2. Select 'Challenge' on the left-side navigation bar
3. Select the 4th of July Challenge: Triangle Pose
4. Select 'Record' in the upper right corner of the video window (if you want the option to save or share the video)
5. Select 'Play' on the video, get in front of your camera and get moving
6. Complete the Challenge!
7. Select ‘Share on Twitter’ if you have a Twitter account to share and challenge your followers. Tag us when you share on Twitter @MotivateUTech for 100 rewards points!​

More ways to make the most of your challenge:

• Find your overall score under 'Workout Results' on the left-side menu
• Challenge yourself by creating a goal based on Synchronization, Exercise Time, or Number of Workouts (all of which will automatically update when completing platform live classes or on-demand videos) or continue the challenge with your friends by connecting and cheering each other on through the leaderboards!
