Written by: Jennifer Strout Many options exist when it comes to monetizing your fitness offers online, but when you’re getting started you should first focus on two things: creating your lowest offer and your highest offer. Your lowest offer should be focused on scaling and being completely hands-off, such as ondemand videos, while the highest offer should be focused on hyper-individualized treatment, such as one-on-one live sessions. While the first option gives you the ability to bring in cash while you sleep, the second option keeps you in touch with clients and what’s important to them. Even with the hands-off ondemand video library, you’ll find that you want to keep your library fresh and that your high ticket clients can be a great source of inspiration. Also, continuing to work with clients can help you to determine what is the highest priority in terms of the middle offers as high ticket clients will sometimes request a step down after obtaining their goals. But as we know many clients can have setbacks if not kept on a focused regime, and so by having other offers in place you provide a great place for your clients to land. So after your highest and lowest ticket offers have gone live, it's time to consider what your other offers may be. Looking for more ideas? We will cover these in a future blog post next month.
