WRITTEN BY: Jennifer Strout First, get over the idea that exercising has to be an hour long and at the gym. Instead workout around your schedule. For example, do squats or lunges while brushing your teeth- that’s four minutes a day right there. Waiting on the microwave? Do some jumping jacks. Stuck at traffic or in an office chair? Do some neck stretches. If you can put aside some of your lunch break that is also helpful. Either way, get started even in a small way. As little as two minutes of cardio has been shown to increase focus, memory and concentration for up to two hours, so it’ll pay off! Still need inspiration to get started?
