45 minute fitness class with instructor Phillipah Tsuro.
This class is a full body workout with low to high impact and intensity cardiovascular and functional strength exercises to gospel music.
Low impact exercises are easy on the joints and focuses on keeping one foot on the ground with no jumping and alleviating stress or pressure on the joints.
The class incorporates a warm-up, warm-up active stretch, a skill learning exercise, cardio dance aerobics, cool down, body weight strength and endurance exercises, and static stretches - all to music.
The workout incorporates biblical dance praise forms, and allows you to freely express yourself in your own way, while learning some praise movements.
