45 minute fitness class with fitness instructor Phillipah Tsuro.

​In this class, we provide modified low impact exercises.

​High intensity interval training is a full body cardiovascular and functional strength body workout that is performed at high intensity for a short duration with short active breaks in between.

​The fitness class incorporates a warm-up, skill learning exercise, cardio and body weight strength exercises, and cool down static stretches - all to music.
