Elevate Class Duration: 30-40 minutes High Intensity Strength & Endurance
Objective: Weight Training to build lean muscle and maximizing metabolism to decrease body composition
Style of Training: H.I.I.T = High intensity Interval Training.
Giving max effort for 30-40 sec with 20-30 rest between each set. Elevating Heart Rate, Endurance, and Strength.
Monthly package includes: 2 Weekly Classes, 2 Private Sessions, 1 Assessment
