Dance Aerobics
45 minute fitness class with instructor Phillipah Tsuro.
This class is a full body workout with low to high impact and intensity cardiovascular and functional strength exercises.
Low impact exercises are easy on the joints and focus on keeping one foot on the ground with no jumping and alleviating stress or pressure on the joints.
The class incorporates a warm-up, warm-up active stretch, skill learning exercise, cardio dance aerobics, cool down, body weight strength and endurance exercises, and static stretches - all to music.
The dance aspect is not choreographed and enables you to freely express yourself in your own way & learn a few moves at the same time.
