Chair Yoga - Upper Body Workout

9 minutes of upper body, low-impact chair yoga exercises.

All exercises are conducted in a chair.

Hosted by fitness instructor Jennifer Strout. 

Fitness class has a voiceover audio that provides verbal instructors on each exercise throughout the workout.
