Activate Fitness
Activate Class Duration: 45 minutes Moderate intensity Isolation & Activate / Sculpting
Objective: Isolation of the weak muscle groups. For instance, Lower Traps or Glutes.
This class is the 3rd edition to the trilogy. We will slow the tempo down and focus on activated those special muscle groups.
Style of Training: Picking 2-4 Muscles each class to activate / sculpt. Resistance bands will be needed for this class.
GUNS and GUT: is the arms and core combo just to give you a preview of the class format.
Monthly package includes: 2 Weekly Classes, 2 Private Sessions, 1 Assessment
