Accelerate Class Duration: 45 minutes Moderate-High Intensity Sports Performance Based
Objective: Increase Mobility, Agility, Balance, Endurance, Strength and Dynamic Movement.
Great complimentary class to the Elevate to keep the body loose and dynamic.
This Class is when we TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE.
Style of Training: The Class will be a circuit style. Each round can last up to 2-3 minutes.
Monthly package includes: 2 Weekly Classes, 2 Private Sessions, 1 Assessment
